Emma Baker RAD RTS
Emma studied Classical Ballet, Tap and Modern dance at King Slocombe School of Dance in Cambridge, England. She has also studied ballet in Japan and in America with Nashville Ballet. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Cambridge and an MA from the University of Durham, Emma gained her Certificate of Higher Education: Dance Education with Distinction in 2006, and became a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (https://www.royalacademyofdance.org/). Since then, Emma has been teaching ballet at all levels from pre-school to pre-professional and successfully entering candidates for internationally-recognised examinations with the RAD. Emma is now a member of RAD Scandinavia and is delighted to join the team at Landskrona Dansstudio.
Emma teaches the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus for Ballet which trains students in Classical and Modern Ballet techniques (including pointe work) as well as national European dance styles often seen in ballets such as Swan Lake.
